Fun place to visit if you need an office chair for home. They are mostly focused on commercial purchases, it residential. We were able to find a steel case office chair for about 60% off retail price and the chair comes with all new fabric. Only downside is that as with Henry Ford, your fabric color choice is black or black. Some chairs are sold as-is so you could get color. Showroom is in an old factory building. I found Peartree Office Furniture on-line as I was searching for a home office chair. I previously had purchased a desk chair at a big box office store and my back was really sore. Peartree had a great selection of high end chairs and I was able to find a used high-end Steelcase chair in very good condition for $299 (Retail new at $900). They cleaned and tested the chair before I picked it up the next day. Excellent service! The showroom is a little hard to find in their upstairs location, but definitely worth the walk.
