Darnell was an amazing sales person who went above and beyond in a challenging space situation for a non-profit administrative office. Fun place to visit if you need an office chair for home. They are mostly focused on commercial purchases, it residential. We were able to find a steel case office chair for about 60% off retail price and the chair comes with all new fabric. Only downside is that as with Henry Ford, your fabric color choice is black or black. Some chairs are sold as-is so you could get color. Showroom is in an old factory building. Sales people are very nice. Process is easy. Best if you have a vehicle you can use to bring your chair home.
